Ron Christensen visited Pagosa Springs for the first time 24 years ago and immediately fell in love with the spectacular beauty the Pagosa Springs area has to offer. Three years after that first visit he made Pagosa his full-time home.
Ron brings to the table more than 30 years of experience as a Custom Home Builder and Real Estate Investor. Ron began his career as a Real Estate Broker in 2008, and swiftly moved to the top 30% of Agent Producers within the first 2 years as a broker. Ron and his team consistantly sell 100% of their home listings!
Ron is passionate & dedicated while working with clients to realize their real estate dreams. He strives to exceed his clients expectations and enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with everyone he works with. Ron considers many of his past clients close friends.
An avid outdoorsman Ron enjoys camping, fishing, hunting and off-road riding and has been known to take his clients along with him on his adventures in Pagosa Country!

Marlena Crandall is a native of Pagosa Springs. Marlena grew up in Pagosa and returned to her mountain home after a few years in Southern California. She has seen Pagosa undergo many changes and enjoyed raising her son in a tight knit community exploring all of the beauty and activities Pagosa has to offer.
Marlena is an Associate Broker and Office Manager, and brings to the table 26 years of experience in Customer Service, with 18 of those in Banking, Mortgage Loan Processing & Consumer Lending.
Marlena enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her clients and is widely known amongst our Pagosa Springs community from her many years in the Banking and Lending fields as well as her time growing up and residing in Pagosa.
Marlena enjoys spending time with her son Jacob, traveling to new locations, hunting, scuba diving, and joining Ron in off roading adventures!
